Henceforth, Aung Toe, with the vision and drive to digital transformation for all-inclusive ecosystem,will take over and strategically lead Ananda 4G+ Network Operator as the Board Chairman of Amara Communications Co., Ltd, who has the absolute power for strategic direction and decision making of the business matters.

The transfer of controlling interest (Share Transfer) of Amara Communications is agreed in principle.However, the formal transaction is yet to be completed by obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals. The details of the transaction will be disclosed upon completion.

ကွန်ယက်အထောက်အကူပြုဝန်ဆောင်မှု လုပ်ငန်းလိုင်စင် (အထူး) နှင့် လှိုင်းနှုန်းစဉ် လိုင်စင် ရရှိထားသည့် Amara Communications သည် ၎င်း၏ LTE Network ကို တိုးချဲ့ပြီး Voice Service (VoLTE) အပါအဝင် Multimedia Messaging Service (ဓာတ်ပုံနှင့် ရုပ်သံဗီဒီယိုများကို SMS မှပေးပို့လက်ခံခြင်း)၊ SMS Voting (စာတိုပေးပို့သော SMS ဝန်ဆောင်မှုမှတဆင့် Voting ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း)၊ Interactive Voice Response (စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများနှင့် အဖွဲ့အစည်းများအတွက် အလိုအလျောက် ဖုန်းလက်ခံဖြေကြားခြင်း) စသော Value Added ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများနှင့် အခြား Digital ဝန်ဆောင်မှု အမျိုးမျိုးကို 2024 ခုနှစ် စတုတ္တ လပတ်အတွင်း ထပ်တိုး ပေးသွားနိုင်ရန် ဆောင်ရွက်နေပါသည်။

Amara Communications သည် 2016 ခုနှစ်တွင် ဆက်သွယ်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ လေလံစနစ်ဖြင့် ရောင်းချလုပ် ကိုင်ခွင့်ပြုသည့် လှိုင်းနှုန်းစဉ်လိုင်စင်ကို အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ သန်း ၁၂၀ ကျော်ဖြင့် အနိုင်ရရှိဝယ်ယူခဲ့ပြီး 4G+ LTE နည်းပညာဖြင့် ကွန်ယက်တည်ဆောက်ကာ 2018 ခုနှစ်မှ စတင်ကာ Wireless Broadband Data Service (ကြိုးမဲ့ အင်တာနက်ဝန်ဆောင်မှု) ကို “ananda” အမှတ်တံဆိပ်ဖြင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှု ပေးလျှက် ရှိပါသည်။

VoLTE (Voice Over LTE) ဝန်ဆောင်မှုနှင့် အခြား Digital နည်းပညာဝန်ဆောင်မှု အမျိုးမျိုးပေးနိုင်ရန် Amara အနေဖြင့် ananda ကြိုးမဲ့အင်တာနက်ဝန်ဆောင်မှုလုပ်ငန်းအတွက် ကွန်ယက်တည်ဆောက်ခြင်းမှ ရရှိခဲ့သော အတွေ့အကြုံကောင်းများကို အသုံးချ၍ VoLTE ကွန်ယက်များကို တည်ဆောက်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအသစ်၊ အမှတ်တံဆိပ်အသစ် အနေဖြင့် VoLTE ဝန်ဆောင်မှုနှင့် Value Added Services များကို (09 57) ဖြင့် စသော မိုဘိုင်းနံပါတ်များဖြင့် စတင်ပေးသွားမည် ဖြစ်ပြီး eSIM နှင့် Physical SIM ကဒ်များထည့်သွင်း အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါသည်။
