We are thrilled to share that the Network Expansion Project Signing Ceremony between Amara Communications, a distinguished telecommunications company and a subsidiary of Tumil Holdings Ltd and ZTE is set to commence at 9:00 am on March 15th, 2024, at Lotte Hotel.

CEO, U Chan Mya Oo, will deliver a warm welcome speech on behalf of Amara Communications, Tumil Holdings limited, outlining our ambitious plans to provide Mobile Voice and Data services, fibre Internet Services, WiFi wireless services, and Content services. Our goal is to offer connectivity to every Myanmar citizen at a very reasonable price, contributing to the digital transformation of our country and enhancing the quality of people's lives.

Following this, Mr. Cai Jiannan, CEO of ZTE Myanmar, will introduce ZTE's extensive experience and commitment to the telecommunications market in Myanmar. With over 24 years of expertise, ZTE offers end-to-end solutions including RAN, Core, IP, DWDM, Microwave, Fixed network, Terminal, and O&M. ZTE is honoured to be Amara's strategic partner, and we look forward to further cooperation and delivering advanced technology and solutions to build the best network in Myanmar.

The signing ceremony will feature key signatories including CEO Mr. Chan Mya Oo and Group CTO Mr. Wai Lin Oo from Amara Communication, Tumil Holdings Limited, and Mr. Cai Jiannan, the CEO of ZTE Myanmar and Mr. Liu Jiawei, Account Director of ZTE Myanmar, witness by GCOO Mr.Amrish Signal, Tumil Holdings Limited, GCCO Mr.Myo Thiha, Tumil Holdings Limited along with our Group CFO Ms.Khin Thet Thet Oo and CFO Ms.Sumon Chan Aung, one behalf of Amara Communication, Tumil Holdings Limited and witness by Mr.Suo Qi Ming, the CTO of ZTE Myanmar, Mr.Cheng Xian Dong, CMO of ZTE Myanmar, followed by a photo session. We'll then dive into the project kick-off meeting at 10:00 am to discuss project details, responsibilities, and timelines.

At 11:20 am, we'll successfully conclude the project kick-off meeting, followed by another photo session. The event wraps up at 12:00 pm after a productive coffee break and networking session.
