Lead and manage a specific functional area within TUMIL Holdings Limited (e.g., Corporate
Finance, Corporate Secretariat, Legal & Government Affairs, Business Development, etc.,).
Develop and implement strategic plans for your assigned area, aligning them with the overall
corporate strategy.
Oversee day-to-day operations within your department, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and
adherence to company policies and procedures.
Manage and motivate a team of talented professionals, fostering a culture of high performance
and continuous improvement.
Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing and implementing strategies to safeguard the
company's interests.
Represent TUMIL Holdings Limited in interaction="#"s with external stakeholders, including
regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and industry partners.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with the Board of Directors, keeping them informed of key
developments and providing strategic guidance.
Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures.
Any other task as defined by TUMIL Management in line with the employee’s skills and
experience.
