HR Executive(ADS)


Job Description

Process employee paperwork, including onboarding documents, benefits enrollment, attendance and leave requests Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements Assist payroll and benefits programs. Assist in the employment process by arranging interviews, contacting candidates, and sorting through applications. Coordinate and manage employee relations activities, including disciplinary action="#"s and grievances

Provide administrative support to HR professionals and other departments Prepare and present HR-related reports and data Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Stay up-to-date on changes in employment law and compliance regulations Ensure the confidentiality of all employee information

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal administration or a related field
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems (HRIS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
